Could an accelerator itself emit trustworthy evidence of the work it performed — and at which granularity (instruction / kernel / layer / checkpoint / workload)?
Why it matters
The speculative long-horizon arm. Its near-term deliverable is not silicon but a precise statement of the gap that software cannot close, which is what would tell a hardware designer what to build.

SPECULATIVE. Blocked on Stages 2-9 producing the gap measurement that would justify it.
This is a stub. It exists so the roadmap's structure is visible, not to imply
work has been done. Nothing in ../../benchmarks/results/ refers to it yet.
